Rushian Hepburn-Murphy joined MK Dons from Crawley Town in June 2025 for an undisclosed fee, bringing League One experience to Paul Warne’s attacking options. A product of the Aston Villa academy, the forward had previously played for Cambridge United, Tranmere Rovers, Pafos, Swindon Town and Crawley.

Hepburn-Murphy made his Dons debut on the opening day of the 2025/26 season, featuring in the 0–0 draw with Oldham Athletic. He became a useful attacking option throughout the campaign, scoring nine goals in 38 appearances in all competitions, despite missing several weeks through injury.

His goals included a memorable FA Cup brace against Colchester United in November 2025.
