Callum Tripp is a Milton Keynes-born defender who came through the MK Dons academy, progressing through the age groups before making his first-team debut at just 16 in an EFL Trophy match against Cheltenham Town in August 2022. He signed his first professional contract in September 2023 and made his league debut against Barrow the following month.

Tripp enjoyed his breakthrough season in 2024/25, making seven first-team appearances and being named MK Dons Player of the Month for September after starting three consecutive League Two matches in central defence. In January 2025, he joined Gateshead on loan, making six appearances and scoring his first senior goal in the National League Cup.

The versatile defender, who can also operate in midfield, spent time on loan at Bedford Town and Sutton United during 2025/26, before joining Brackley Town on loan in March 2026. He has also represented Wales Under-21s, making his debut in a 1–0 win over Andorra in March 2025.
