Dan Micciche had two significant spells with MK Dons, first working within the club’s academy before returning as first-team manager in January 2018.

Micciche initially served as Head of Academy Coaching, playing an important role in the development of talented youngsters including Dele Alli, Brendan Galloway, Seyi Ojo and Kevin Danso.

After working with the England youth setup, Micciche returned to MK Dons on 23 January 2018, replacing Robbie Neilson as manager. He was joined by Keith Millen as assistant, with club legend Dean Lewington taking on a player-coach role. 

However, his time in charge proved difficult. With the Dons battling relegation from League One, Micciche managed just 16 matches, recording three victories. He left the club by mutual consent on 22 April 2018, with MK Dons still in the relegation zone.
